About Thailand Retirement Visa
Thailand’s Retirement Visa is designed for foreigners aged 50 and above who wish to live in Thailand long-term. This visa allows stays of one year or more, with the option to renew annually, and requires applicants to meet financial criteria, such as a minimum bank balance or monthly income.
It provides a convenient way for retirees to enjoy Thailand’s lifestyle, healthcare, and culture without the need for frequent visa runs.
If you are 50 years old or older, you are eligible to apply for this visa. You must have either 800,000 THB in a Thai bank account or a monthly income of 65,000 THB
